Thanks, i was actually hoping you would tell me to start with the 10g , and it hapened, i kinda like it .
Anyway is there a major difference in technology between the 3 versions or is it the same as 10g.
I would only read the Concept books for 11g and 12c.
12c is a multitenant database, which is completely different from 11g.
You can find good version-specific articles here:
with many references to Oracle's documentation.
Everything 10g has to offer is covered by the 11g books as well.
10g and 11g are similar, are a little different.
12c is very different than 10g/11g becouse exist "Container", "Pluggable Database",'Non-Container".
Good luck friend! Go for!
Most of the shops are using 11gR2, 12c is quite new.
I'd start with 11gR2 book concept. Then move to 12c New Features Guide.
Looks like there were a lot of posts between the moment I opened that thread and when I posted. Sorry for being late and probably not helpful anymore. Message was edited by: Nicolas.Gasparotto
Thanks everyone , i think that's what i'll do.
