What Are the New and Changed Features between iStore Release 11i and 12.1.3 ? (Doc ID 1586879.1)
In Release 12, some profile options are now setup via the Quoting Parameters:

Default Order Type
In addition, there is a patch ontop of 12.1.3 to allow one user to access multiple customers -

From your second Doc ID 1546142.1 did you mean in 11i if we have more than one OU and single Item Master (Item Validation Org) and as per OU two different responsibilities. Then for OU 1 with that OU item we have Store 1 and OU 2 with that OU items sagrigated atomatically when user logs in? Plz let us know if you have any idea about this.
The details in the document 1546142.1 are for a new functionality in iStore and has no changes for multi-org. This new functionality allows the iStore business user (B2B) to access additional customer accounts than the one they originally registered under. These accounts are for companies that this user is setup as a contact of the company (Organization customer type).
