As per our requirement, we need to process the queued messages one by one i.e., has to be dequeued the next message after completion of previous one(we are calling the one proc as part of dequeue method). What I noticed is, system is not waiting until the completion of the first dequeued message. We can achieve our requirement if we are able to insert the dequeued message into JMS (Java Message Service). All inputs from different persons helps us a lot. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your reply and sorry for delay in my reply.
We have configured some triggers on few tables. Whenever trigger is called, system has to call the one process(its procedure). If multiple records triggered at same point of time, it has to be processed one by one(FIFO basis) and system should not trigger the new process(proc) if another process are in progress. So we decided to go for AQ. We are achieving everything using AQ mechanism except the calling the process in synchronous mode. After dequeuing the message, we don't have any control over the process. Because of that multiple processes(procs) are running in parallel mode.
Is there any way to achieve our requirement?
