I am not getting any error as such, but Forms is not getting displayed as well. I am aware of having multiple JRE version on same PC, but the prob is I don't have Admin rights on my PC . I need to work on what is available.
I tried a hack of replacing Oracle Corporation to some other name in HTTPConnection.class, but even that is not working.

On Windows 7, Oracle Forms must run as an administrator! Without this, you will not be able to get it to work. You will need someone with Administrator privilige to update the executables to allow them to run with Adminstrator rights.
