            Is the Static Identifier is Correct for my configuration?

            Because I found Instance_name is same for both primary and standby

            On Standby:

                       StaticConnectIdentifier         = '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=IE11VW1FHRDG2)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA

                      =(SERVICE_NAME=STDBY_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=PRD)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))'

            On Primary:

                         StaticConnectIdentifier         = '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=IE11VW1FHRDG1)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA

                      =(SERVICE_NAME=PRD_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=PRD)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))'

              Problem is this: you  can change on Standby :

              DGMGRL> edit database stby set property  StaticConnectIdentifier = '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=IE11VW1FHRDG2)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA =(SERVICE_NAME=STDBY_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=STBY)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))'

              I didn't found any other problem.

              Regards

                  Thanks for interesting thread.

                  Did you or other dba changed this property manually or DGMGRL automatically created this value?
