JDBC doesn't create 'jobs'; SQL does that. You already have a thread open with the same question and you are already being helped there.
So far you have NOT responded to the questions that the volunteers ask you. If you want help you need to answer their questions.
You create 'jobs' using SQL. Those jobs do NOT have support for interacting with a user or client.
If you need to just execute queries and process result sets using JDBC then refer to the JDBC Developer's Guide. It has sections that explain how to do that and has example code.
The Java Tutorials also has a trial specifically for learning how to use JDBC to access and work with the database.
