    HI,

I am very sure of that there is a problem in your tnsnames.ora and parameter file. you would better control  listener.ora tnsnames.ora ve spfile(it can be also init.ora) in both database check again.

    Thank you

Is there a way to validate it? can  create pfile from spfile and paste the output on both primary and stanyby?

    3) spfile ((it can be also init.ora)

    I need to analyze it

    Thank you
