    Running scenario from command line -AGENT_URL syntax

    user10826168

      Hi All,

      I have a shell script that runs a number of scenarios and I want to specify a particular agent to run the shell script.

      According to the documentation the flag is -AGENT_URL what is the syntax for this flag as it is not in the documenation it

      used to be -AGENT_CODE but this no longer works in 11g.

      Thanks in advance

      Guy

          -AGENT_URL=http//<hostname>:<port number>/oraclediagent

            Hi

            If you are using J2EE agent on ODi11g then run below command (provide the details) and execute your script but make sure that weblogic managed server should up and running

            ./startcmd.sh OdiStartScen -SCEN_NAME=<Scenariao_name> -SCEN_VERSION=001 -CONTEXT=<context_name> -LOG_LEVEL=5  -AGENT_CODE=OracleDIAgent -SYNC_MODE=1   -AGENT_URL="http://hostname:portnumber/oraclediagent" &

            Hostname: provide the hostname where weblogic has installed

            portnumber: provide the port number where you manager server is running (listener portnumber)

            If you are using standalone agent then use below example to run the script and make sure that your standalone agent is up and running

            ./startcmd.sh OdiStartScen -SCEN_NAME=<Scenario_name> -SCEN_VERSION=001 -CONTEXT=<contect_name> -LOG_LEVEL=5 -

            AGENT_CODE=<standalone_agent_name> -SYNC_MODE=1 &

            hope it will resolve your issue

            Regards,
