First, this question probably belongs over in one of the Developer Suite forums.
Second, saying that something "failed" is not very informative. When you move post the question in an appropriate forum, please be specific. When something fails, there are error messages. Post the error messages. Explain exactly what steps you were taking and where the error(s) occurred.
Third, I'm pretty sure there are a few different Developer Suite versions/ installation options. When you post this in a more appropriate forum, be specific about what you're installing.
