    Hide remove highlight option.

    Jay Hartford

      Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to hide this option from the users displayed in this picture http://imgur.com/tMpr3So. I need to have certain data always highlighted in an interactive report and I don't want the user to be able to hide it.

      Thanks,

      Jay

ok then create dynamic action of following

          Event:Change

          Selection Type: Region

Region: Region Name(name of Interactive report region)

          Condition: No condition

          Action:Execute Javascript Code

          Fire On Page Load: Checked

          Code:$x_Hide('apexir_CONTROL_PANEL');

          Selection Type: Region

Region: Region Name(name of Interactive report region)

You Get Hide Your report Control Panel.

          Pars.

              Version  4.1.1.00.23

              Pars,

The Control Panel becomes visible when a Saved Report is selected from the Saved Report Drop Down. Also, the panel isn't hidden with a Change event (is this version anyway). It only seems to hide on a Page Load event.

I've tried to use a second Dynamic Action with an Event of Change, Selection Type of jQuery Selector, jQuery Selector of #apexir_SAVED_REPORTS

That doesn't seem to hid the Control Panel either.

Would you have an idea what's wrong? There's no "on change" event when a Saved Report is selected and that's why it's not firing?

              Thanks,

              Joe

JoeR - You should start a new discussion, instead of highjacking an existing one that is already solved.
