ora-16038 log 3 sequence# cannot be archived

Hi All,

I was exporting some table from the Access DB on the local PC to Oracle DB on Server

But the operation is getting (not responding) from Windows and I stopped the process from the task manager

then the Oracle DB on Server can't be opened and getting this error:

ORA-16038: log 3 sequence# cannot be archived

How to solve it please?

    Did you even try to look up the error online using Google?

    That error is accompanied by some other, more explanatory messages ....

    It appears you did not share with us all necessary details
