I've been doing some research on how to become a Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate. One of the ways to achieve this is to pass IZ0-047 Oracle Database SQL Expert + IZ0-047 Program with PL/SQL. What I don't understand is:
I tried Googling the difference between the two, but nothing came up. Sorry if this is has already been resolved, I couldn't find it.
Please check following link:

This is Steve O'Hearn, I'm the author of OCA Oracle Database SQL Expert Exam Guide: Exam 1Z0-047. I wanted to let you know that I'm involved with a team that's published a beta version of a certification exam simulator, it's online at http://www.databasetraining.com. Right now the only sample exams we have available are 1Z0-051 (SQL Fundamentals I) and 1Z0-047 (SQL Expert). But the exams are comprehensive and they're designed to simulate the certification exam experience.
Feel free to use them! And good luck with your efforts.
