I had upgraded my smartview V11.1.1 just to find out that any new versions weren't completely working flawless for me, so I decided to downgrade back to V11.1.1 again.
However since the downgrade my 'Smart View Data Source Manager' view is corrupt, so I cannot create, modify or delete anything (illustrated: http://www.imagesup.net/?di=1613887541459). I have properly uninstalled any previous upgrades before I installed the old version again.
Did anyone face the same issue and could probably help me in restoring the correct view?
But that was what I did before, however I tried it now again. Plus on top of the uninstalling process I ran ccleaner registry scan/fix in order to identify obsolete registry entries, which might not have been cleared during the normal uninstall process.
The data source manager still looks like in my initial posted link.
No I haven't tried to directly amend entries in the registry not being familiar enough with potential impacts resulting from that. I've linked the screenshot & value of CAOptionsXML (http://www.imagesup.net/?di=1413898620788).
Shall I try to simply delete the complete entry or just the value in CAOptionsXML?
