    Error - DEFAULT_CONNECTION_PROPERTIES starting connection to DB

      Hi,
      I'm using the newest sqldeveloper package including JAVA on a Windows 7 Professional 64bit


      Component    Version

      When I try to connect to a DB I get below error:
