    Administration- Policy Automation --> Decision Reports Viewer error

      Hi All,

       

       

      I really hope you could help me with the following problem, within Siebel CRM 8.2.2.4 i've got issues with the decision reports viewer.

      Administration- Policy Automation --> Decision Reports Viewer error

      The issue is not specifically related to OpenUI. Also in an object manager with EnableOpenUI=FALSE the issue is the same: the object managers stops working and all user are losing their connection when the Decision Report Viewer is accessed. The decision report viewer works better on a dedicated client, although even then it frequently hangs the client showing a white screen.

      Can't see the decision reports:

      The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again

       

       

      Step 1: go to Administration- Policy Automation

      Step 2: click on Decision Reports Viewer

      error occured

      System Admin, Crash, Hang and Performance on standard .srf, Search, Batch DQ/Open UI
