Hello Amores ,
Import , Validate is working fine but Export is taking whole lot of time . We are performing Calculate operation in Essbase once the Export is done. I di dcheck teh Essbase logs but did not get any useful information there . It is possible that there might be many active FDM sessions and clearing those sessions in SQL db or Rebooting the server could free up some space and increase the loading capacity.
Is there anything else you see here !!
so you are triggering the calculation from FDM after load occurs?
Have you tried disabling the calculation (disable Consolidate option in adapter)?
Then see if load is OK so you can isolate the issue and investigate whether your calculation script being executed after is executing as expected.
Other test would be to execute the calc script you are triggering from FDM in EAS console to check how it runs.
the description of your issue is somewhat muddled. You have just stated that you are performing a calc script but during the export process. the export process in FDQM just creates the export file in the FDM outbox, which is then read by the Load step for loading into the target application.
Firtst of all have you checked the FDQM log (Analysis / Log menu) to see what times are being recorded for the Export step and Load step? this will confirm whether the issue is with the creation of the file (e.g. disk space issues) or with the load. Also, have the volumes on the file changed or is it static across periods? Furthe, are you loading a single period or multiple periods?
