An excellent book is Expert Oracle Exadata by Kerry Osbourne et al , it is from Apress.

If you are familiar with Real Application Clusters (RAC), Automatic Storage Management (ASM) & Recovery Manager (RMAN) then you are done with Oracle Exadata. Because Exadata will comes with the above three technologies.
Exadata Features are available as Data Sheets :
1. Smart Scan
2. EHCC (Columnar Compression)
3. Storage Index
4. Write Back Flash Cache
5. Smart Flash Log
Other than the above we have to work on "Cellcli" Command line based tool like "asmcmd"
