From one line of syntax, it's very difficult to tell if you're using an appropriate migration strategy. One place to start might be to try out this type of import, and determine if it meets your objectives in terms of downtime, data consistency, import errors, and structure of destination objects.
I just did a quick Google search on "Exadata migration" and found quite a few good resources on migration methods and real-world experiences: https://www.google.com/search?q=exadata+migration Also, the Export/Import/SQL*Loader forum here on Oracle Communities might have better input on how best to migrate an Oracle database using data pump: https://community.oracle.com/community/developer/english/oracle_database/export_import_sql_loader_%26_external_tables (for example, you probably will want to exclude more than just the SYSMAN schema).
Hope this helps!
