I'm Mohammed Tanvir was working with one of valuable partner of Oracle and now I joined other company for my goods. Just here I need to know that "How can I transfer my existing Oracle OPN competency certificates those I earned earlier to my personal account?"
Please guide me.
The instructions to change the company data for your Oracle University and Pearson Vue profiles are at the following URL.
Your OPN certifications will follow you to the new company.
It is not clear from your posts what exactly you have done. Your certifications are 'tied' to your Oracle testing ID. Your Oracle testing ID is in turn linked to the email associated with your OTN account (M10vir).. If you are not seeing your credentials in Certview, then there is a break in these links somewhere. I suspect based on your second post that you have changed email addresses, and possibly created a new OTN account.
Go to the FAQ and search for information based on the actions you have taken (i.e. 'change email'). It has instructions for most situations.
Its all happened because I switched the company and as per company policy they block my email for all the access which was "firstname.lastname@example.org", can you do something for me to migrate my all credential from "email@example.com" to my private id "firstname.lastname@example.org" please.
...can you do something for me to migrate my all credential ...
I don't work for Oracle. You need to open a support ticket to OU. You should also remove your email addresses from that post. Placing emails on a public forum is an invitation to every lazy spammer in the world. The URL to open a ticket is below.
For future reference - from the Oracle Certification Help Center:
How do I update my Oracle Web Account Username?
Your Oracle Web Account login information is also your CertView login information, so it is very important to keep this information updated in your Oracle account. If your email address (which is typically your username for your Oracle Web Account) changes, you can update your username in your Oracle profile.
After updating your email address, you will then need to submit an SR to Oracle Certification Support requesting to have your CertView account updated with your new username.
The first time you login to CertView after making this update and having the support team update your CertView account, you will need to authenticate your account again with your new details. You will be prompted to do so.
It is best to never create a new Oracle Web Account. You should always update your existing account. If you have any questions, you can contact Oracle Certification Support.
