Did anyone encountered this issue using the latest SqlDeveloper v4.01 to connect via tns to an 220.127.116.11 database? I'm using 32-bit Oracle Cleint binary.
While connecting to a database using TNS method after entering credentials, I'm getting an error message. Appreciate the tip.
An error was encountered performing the requested operation:
$ORACLE_CLIENT_HOME\bin\ocjdbc11.dll cant's load IA 32 bit .dll on AMD 64-bit platform.
Vendor code 0.
If your Oracle client is 32-bit, then you need to be running SQL Developer with a 32-bit version of JDK 1.7, just the reverse of this discussion:

Or, as an alternative, do not check Use OCI/Thick driver in the Tools > Preferences > Database > Advanced.
