Currently we are using 184.108.40.206 Callcenter application planning to upgrade to 220.127.116.11.
During Chat agents were delaying to respond to member because while addressing member they are tabing(switching) between multiple members.
Currently we are planing to have Multiple Separate (Frames) open at the same time So that Agents can address members parallel at the same time as per attached screenshots.
Is it possible at Open UI? Please let us know your ideas on the same.
Currently we are planning to implement Chat tab - Hover over withour Switching at siebel Chat which looks like a immediate resolution. That been said if any one aware of my above Question please provide us your valuable inputs on the same.
