APEX 4.2.4 automatically contains the bug fix for bug# 16664953. Can you provide any details about the error message you are getting?
If you create a test application on apex.oracle.com, are you able to reproduce that issue when you access it with your Windows CE device?

The Error is: Can not complete the operation due to Error 80004001..
and this pops up when i press enter or klick on the login button.
At APEX 4.2.4 the Login page shows me the Message "You are using an outdated webbrowser. ....."
So i think this device/browser is just not supportet. There is the same device available with windows mobile 6.5 instead of CE 6, and on this it works. So i will tell my customer to buy the other device...
