OEM Cloud Control: Registering a Custom Channel --> error

    1758754

I am using the Doc E27046-18 as reference to register a custom channel on OEM Cloud Control 12c Release 3 (section 28.6.4) and I a getting error:

In the OEM Server  at the command prompt: CREATE THE REPOSITORY DIRECTORY

      [oracle@oemserver01 oms]$ sudo /usr/bin/createrepo -c /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/.cache -d --update -s sha /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64

      Saving Primary metadata

      Saving file lists metadata

      Saving other metadata

      Generating sqlite DBs

      Sqlite DBs complete

      [oracle@GISLABNTL14 oms]$

NOTE: I believed that the createrepo command above have worked perfectly by looking at the content:

      [oracle@oemserver01 oms]$

      [oracle@oemserver01 oms]$

      [oracle@oemserver01 oms]$ find /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64 -depth

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/84b124bc4de1c04613859bdb7af8d5fef021e3bb-primary.xml.gz

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/b68976d806bb0ad305c822542487c9b7ae5dfdf9-primary.sqlite.bz2

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/6ceab2a1e3e206b0e9870394df0a05b1e786912d-filelists.sqlite.bz2

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/1eb13a25318339d9e8157f0bf80419c019fa5000-other.xml.gz

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/ad0107628e9b6dd7a82553ba5cb447388e50900a-filelists.xml.gz

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/5cc5654c59d3577d8cf297430c28889452e8b8f6-other.sqlite.bz2

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/repodata

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64/.cache

      /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64

      [oracle@GISLABNTL14 oms]$

Then at OEM Console Cloud 12c Release 3: --> [Setup] --> [Provisioning & Patching] --> [Linux Patching] --> [Manage RPM Repository] --> {Register a Custom Channel]

Channel Name: Latest Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel for Oracle Linux 5 (x86_64)

      RPM Repository Server name: oemserver01

      RPM Repository Path: /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64

      And I am getting :

Error: /var/www/html/yum/OracleLinux/OL5/x86_64 - Directory location is not a valid RPM Repository. Verify whether yum-arch or createrepo commands were successfully run.

What is it that I am doing wrong???? Any help?
