Databases in RAC cluster can share same listener so you don't need to do new listener. When you create new RAC database with DBCA it will be added automatically in the default listener.
Also adding to Simo's reply, when creating the database using DBCA utility, you need not explicitly register your database in OCR via srvctl utility. The same has already been coded in DBCA.

Especially with RAC databases, use the DBCA to create your databases on your cluster. The DBCA will take care of all of the details for you. This includes setting up a multi-instance SPFILE, creating undo tablespaces and redo threads for each instance, and registering the instances/database with the Oracle Cluster Registry (OCR) so that you don't have to do anything with srvctl.
Since you are on 11.2, you will have SCAN Listeners. Those are on the Grid Infrastructure side. 3 of them is all you need no matter how many nodes you have in the cluster. Your traditional listeners are part of GI as well. You don't need additional ones. One per node is sufficient.
