    Conditional Display on APEX region

    rajendra

      Hello Guys,

I am having around 5-6 application items. These application items values I have set to either 'Y' or 'N'

I want to set my main menu display based on the values of these application items.

I don't want to use PL/SQL expression for this , Can I use some other method ?

I am trying the below code in the condition display section but it is not working.

Value of Item / Column in Expression1 = Expression 2

      Expression1

      Y

      Expression2

      &APP_ITEM1.,&APP_ITEM2.,&APP_ITEM3.,&APP_ITEM4.

      Please help me on this.

      Thanks

use exists condition, put in sql

          select 1 from dual where

          :APP_ITEM1='Y' and

          :APP_ITEM2='Y' and

          :APP_ITEM3='Y' and

          :APP_ITEM4='Y'

if you want to use Value of Item / Column in Expression1 = Expression 2

          put Expression1 = APP_ITEM1

          Expression 2 = Y

and that condition is for one item only.

          and why not plsql?

          like function return boolean

          RETURN :APP_ITEM1='Y' and :APP_ITEM2='Y' and :APP_ITEM3='Y' and :APP_ITEM4='Y';
