In order to guide you, more guidance on what you need is required. What specifically do you need to know?
I need to shift to gulf in a year after my marriage . So I just want to learn Oracle HRMS E-Biz now and I dont have work experience on this. So please help me on how to start my career on this from scratch. I have a strong knowledge on Pl/sql with 4 yrs experience and am a certified PL/SQL Developer.
You can visit the Oracle University website at www.oracle.com/education and search for training that will get you started. You can see relevant training here. From there, you can also see relevant certifications.

Hi All ,
I have 4 yrs experience in Oracle PL/SQL development . I am getting married by this year end and I need to move to Qatar . So can someone please advise on how to make myself prepared to continue my job there . Please suggest me on the space i need to improve . I am not sure whether I can get jobs as PL/SQL developer there . Please let me know what i need to do . What are all the trends there to get a job in oracle . Please help me.
While it's certainly possible that someone with a deep knowledge of the Oracle job environment in Qatar spends enough time on this forum to see your question and respond to it, that isn't something I would suggest counting on. If you want to know what employers are looking for in terms of skills in that region, I would suggest using a job site that covers that region and querying using various Oracle-related keywords (i.e. Oracle, PL/SQL, DBA, etc). I second Matthew. Use job sites on the internet to identify available jobs. Alternatively, you could find some IT Software / Consultancy organisation in your country that places people there.
Why particularly HRMS EBiz ? If you haven't done HRMS, then HRMS would be on the same footing as Financials, CRM or Supply Chain --- keep all options option. The PLSQL development knowledge is common for all. However, module-specific knowledge has to be built up in the target set of modules.
