You can install Oracle Vm on your PC and use it to create your RAC on VMs.
If your goal is not to practice RAC installation, you can even download some RAC VM templates.
It is possible, there are templates for VMWARE, VM, HIPER-V, Virtual BOX, ... Of course, you can need a powerfull hardware to run several instances. Look for templates in google.

You need those VMs to have several nodes into your test RAC cluster
(and it is easier to set needed network settings to these new VMs instead of your laptop).
