I know how to using rman backup to create standby databases. But my question is-> Above scenario is doable?
Standby database can be synchronized with one and only one primary database, a single primary database can support up to nine standby databases. These standby databases are separate and independent, and can reside on multiple systems or on a single system.
Let me ask same question again.
Make the copy of Primary database A to B..
Make the copy of standby database from C to D..(C is already a standby database of A)
Make B as primary to D(new standby created from rman backup of C)..
Can this be done?
READ and/or TRY. It is all in the documentation!
Cascading standby databases DO exist.

what are you trying to do? and what are you expecting?
It's faster try by yourself if it works that question and wait for a correct answer. what happend if i told you that it couldn't be done? you won't try anyway? and if I told you that it could be done? you will try? Try and if you get any error or question during i'll try to help you, but I won't answer something that you can answer by yourself.
