NO. Oracle will not automatically add or delete redo log/group changes in primary DB to the standby DB.
it can add or delete datafiles when you have set STANDBY_FILE_MANAGEMENT=auto init. parameter.
As already answer, this change will not automatically occur in the standby.
This section of the documentation discusses the steps to add redo log files to a standby database. I do find that to be a bit lacking in details, so you may also want to visit Metalink Note 740675.1 Online Redo Logs on Physical Standby.
