First of all I'd like to introduce myself as it is my first post on this forum .
My name is Michael and I' am second year computing student.
Lately we have been given a question related to the EM which is giving us a trouble.
"Why doesn’t Enterprise Manager produce a critical alert for a missing log file?"
I done some research on this question and I can't find any clear answer to it ...
Please explain what type of log file and target type.
I think it should give an alert. Did you try to remove/rename a log file which is monitored through OEM ?
