I haven't necessarily seen this exact problem; however, I know the JAgent can be a bit buggy. Are you using OEM 12c to monitor or something else?
Have you looked at other approaches for monitoring your GG environment?
Thanks for reply, I am using
OS Red Hat Enterprize Linux 6 (64BIt)
11g datebase 64BIT (18.104.22.168.0)
GoldenGate Server 64BIT (22.214.171.124.1)
GoldenGate Monitor Server 64 BIT (126.96.36.199.0)
I have configured GoldenGate Monitor once and that was working fine. later i delete all my extracts (extract, replicat and pump) and recreated then with new names. i have also added a new node (DB3), after that GoldenGate Monitor never got refershed. JAgent.log showing steps to resolve the problem (as mentioned previously) .
I don't understand the following note
Note: After changing JAgent password, JAgent has to be removed from Monitor Server UI first before attempting to register JAgent again with the new password.
