      Hi ,

<Notice> <Log Management> <BEA-170019> <The server log file /dev/middlewareHome/user_projects/domains/bidev_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log is opened. All server side log events will be written to this file.>

Its been nearly one hour and there is no progress, when we checked the Admin server log file, below is the last entry, even in this for the past one hour there is no progress

      ####<Jul 10, 2014 12:56:14 PM IST> <Info> <IIOP> <dev> <AdminServer> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <> <1404977174256> <BEA-002014> <IIOP subsystem enabled.>

When you installed OBIEE that was with i guess different windows user and when you are restarting its with different user.

Make sure the user that is used to restart the service has admin provilleges and i suggest you to use same user to which you installed OBIEE.

          Thanks,
