Things to note: Flashback Data Archive is now part of EE for 126.96.36.199. Previously, it was licensed add-on.
So, if you need to keep the history of changes done to a table.... piece of cake; no triggers needed.

I thought there was something in 188.8.131.52 with SQL date types that changed.
The 4 in 184.108.40.206 is a Component specific release number (or patch set release). I will assume that is component architecture and not code stuff. I am using hibernate and some hardcoded sql queries.
