How can I preload precompiled JSP classes on server start up?

In our application web apps the first load of these classes/pages takes a noticeable extra amount of time due to servlet class loading. We have precompiled all the JSP’s in to servlet classes. Does anyone has any ways of preloading all these servlet classes (precompiled JSP’s)  on weblogic server startup?. We have around 3000 plus precompiled jsp’s, and app server is Weblogic 12c

We are having lot of spikes on the server startup and these servlet classes (precompiled JSP’s)  are not yet ready in the memory. Need to ensure that these are in memory when server is available to improve the performance.
