when the Mobileadmin user is altered even if you re-use the same password, you need to reset the ADMIN_PASSWORD in the webtogo.ora and mobile.ora
to do it, you can use http://hostname:port/mobile/startup to access the UI to reset the mobileadmin password and click save to re-encrypt the mobileadmin password.
Are you using Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.0 or Oracle Database Mobile server 22.214.171.124.0?
