BUG REPORT: berkdb 6.0.30, sqlite file shell.c

      See:

      https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=519140

for the full report.  Essentially the version of SQLite shipped with 6.0.30 contains an old shell.c that has a clearly erroneous #ifdef on line 62 (+/-, there may be Gentoo patches).

It's probably a minor issue since HAVE_READLINE is configure generated, but it's clearly bogus.  The issue is fixed in recent SQLite versions, so the easy fix (if it hasn't already been done in 6.1) is to upgrade to a newer copy of SQLite.
