It would depend on whether or not you all have the same seat you are using, you can change it globally for the instance of Eloqua and you can change it for each individual user.
Now I get that I could change time zone setting for each individual user, and different DateTime string considering their own time zone would appear when viewing data by the Eloqua UI.
But when they try to get data by SOAP APIs, the strings of DateTime data would all be -05:00 based, no matter what time zone they set.
Does it mean that all dates saved in Eloqua are based on (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)?
How could I get date strings based on my own time zone setting by SOAP APIs?
Thanks & Regards,
Apologies, I'm not as familiar with the API so I'm not sure.
