Where to start...is your server accessible to them on the network? If yes, why not just give them the URL?
Its not accessible,i tried with ip address of the host on diff pc it dint work.
You have to start giving more information from your side...
Is it a physical machine? Is it a VM? Is it just your laptop that's sitting on a random desk? ..... 1000 questions and possibilities so unless you explain your situation in detail there's no helping you. This isn't an OBI issue, it's a networking one.
What is not accessible ? Are they all from same network ? Or from different network. I mean are they using same VPN or different VPN ?
Its a Server (Physical Machine).I have installed and i am able to login only in the machine where obiee is installed.
I entered Physical machine Ip in /etc/hosts/ file and gave url (ip.localdomain:9704/analytics ) to othes in the same network to access, but it doesn't work.

Have you checked if a firewall (eg iptables) is running on the linux server?
From another machine use nc or telnet to check that you can establish a connection to the OBIEE server on port 9704. That then leaves OBIEE out of the equation entirely.
But as Christian Berg says, this is basic networking, not a OBIEE problem per se.
Works now.It was firewall issue.I added the port to exception list.
