Not yet, I will post an announcement when it is available for download
Any news? Any planned date?
The ILM Assistant is currently being released to a limited group of customers. If you are interested in participating in the early adopter programme please email me at Lilian.Hobbs@oracle.com
I have been watch the progress of this new tool closely and still i haven't seen the demo version or the prototype.
What is the current status, I understand it will help partitions even with lower version databases like 9i, but not sure with 8i since one of the major object DBMS_REDEFINITION is not available in 8i standard install.
Since almost a year from it's initial inception
I hope to get your feedback

The ILM Assistant is current available to early adopters only. Therefore, if you would like to try the tool now then please contact me directly at email@example.com
You do not need DBMS_REDEFINITION to use the ILM Assistant. What you do need is a table partitioned on date.
One of the reasons that the ILM Assistant is not on general release yet is because we decided to add some more functionality to help users who do not have partitioned tables.
