Looks Inbound processing is not working. can you check if it's working by sending test email from Workflow administrator and acknowledge it from email.

- 1st make sure inbound and outbound settings have been done properly in Workflow Notification mailer --> Edit. Apply and check if its accepted.
- Send a Test message and ask user to acknowledge to test the inbound.
- If the inbound isn't working, you might need to working with your OS Admin/Mail Server admin. Check log files in $APPLCSF/$APPLLOG
Thanks for the response. I tried to replicate the issue in Test Instance but while I was doing so it gave me an error message 'Unable to Make a Network Connection' for 'Inbound Server Name'. I think this entry is incorrect. May I find out correct entry via running some commands in UNIX? Thanks.
