How Can I Build Authentication Against MS AD groups?

    Alex P 7939892

      hi,

I have setup authentication against MS Active Directory. So, I can login via my MS AD account - great.

Now, I want to create an authorization scheme where individual applications (or pages) are accessible only if you are in a certain AD group.

      So:

Application 1 - available only if you are in MS Active Directory group "GLOBAL_APPS"

Application 2 - available only if you are in MS Active Directory group "NA_APPS"

Application 1, Page 1- available only if you are in MS Active Directory group "GLOBAL_ADMIN"

Application 1, Page 2- read-only if you are in MS Active Directory group "GLOBAL_USERS"

Application 1, Page 2- write/write/delete if you are in MS Active Directory group "GLOBAL_ADMINS"

--> I have seen a bunch of posts where people are using the built-in auth. However, manually creating users and groups doesn't scale well.

--> Does anyone know where I can find info on authorization with MS AD in APEX?
