The purpose of this "Getting Started" space/group is so that people can introduce themselves and, if needed, ask how to use the community and start to find their way around. It's monitored by the admin and moderators, and some other regular members (when we're available) so that we can help people who are new find their way around or answer any concerns you have about using the community.
As Kalpataru has indicated, you've asked a product related question, and that is better suited to a product related space (of which there are many). Your question appears to be an SQL question, so as Kalpataru has indicated, you should ask about that over in the PL/SQL and SQL space that he has linked to, as that is where you will find people who are more expert in that particular product field.
The site administrators have also listed some common beginner questions on the welcome page for this group: Getting Started
If you have any specific questions about using the community, please feel free to ask and we'll advise you as best we can.
Thanks for your answer.
But still I need to know what kind of questions will be answered here. You have stated that its not related to any product.
Ok, so if you asked "Where can I post a question related to Oracle EBS?" then we can help you find the correct space for that.
Or if you asked "How can I send a message to another community user" we could tell you what steps you need to do to achieve that.
Hi youvasri ,
This particular space is for newbies to get to know about the community. For example in https://community.oracle.com/welcome you can know Left hand side about
Oracle Community Quick links
If you want to ask product related question there is a search bar
If you are searching for PL/SQL product related question you can type PL/SQL and search it will show you the right space to ask your question.
Your question is related to which product ?
If you can let us know we will help you to move it to better space.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks chitra. I got the point.
