Thanks for your response.. however these apps will be useful if the user/prospects also using Wechat.
Yes there is an option for this. I've seen it with previous Campaigns also for the same use.
What you would have to do is create blind form submit links and incorporate these in Google QR API.
There are a couple of topics on it already.
I'm also expanding an existing generator from Sterling Bailey-Oracle with the QR generator.
It will probably be done somewhere today and I'll share the link.
In the meantime you can look at these topics for the Blind Form part:
For the QR code you can use:

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
Here you go: http://qrcode.ineloqua.com/
It creates both a blind form link as well as incorporate it in a QRlink.
It is still work-in-progress but the basic functionality is in place. Give it a try and let me know if you have any feedback or questions. A link to the instructions can be found on the site.
I've also created a seperate generator for the blindform alone: http://blindforms.ineloqua.com/ .
For your question in specific I suggest the following:
1) Decide which information you want to capture with the QR code. (e.g. is someone attending the event)
2) Send your invites through e-mail including the QR code (generated through qrcode.ineloqua.com)
3) Have your guests either print the invite or show the e-mail on a mobile device.
4) Scan the QR codes at your booth. The QR code will blind submit a form which you've created with the email address and any custom fields.
You can scan the QR code with any scanner widely available in the Google Play Store or App Store. I recommend using Quick Scan (aka QR Code Scanner by iHandy).
