We are running into an issue with our reply to email is getting a validation error "4711 Failed Email Address Requirement". The email address we are using seems to be set-up correctly outside of Eloqua. We tested sending and replying from that mailbox w/o issue. Why are we getting this error, and how do we fix?
Is there something in the backend of Eloqua that needs to be set up for all reply to email addresses? We tried setting up a user profile for this inbox and we are getting the same error here as well when we try to save.
We are looking to send this email asap, and we are stuck!
