    OBIEE Agent Running Succesfully but not delivering content


      Hi All,


      I use OBIEE for two different companies, the company I work for and a second company we outsource our services too (we are not set up as a Shared Service). I have managed to be able to get BI Agents to deliver content for the company that employs me, but not the company we outsource too. The Agent completes successfully, no alerts and if I click "More Details" on the agent it says the Agent has run successfully; however neither myself or my colleagues ever receive any output (via email). I have checked the "Device Options" menus and all are blank and "greyed out", can anybody advise me on what is going wrong and what I need to do to fix this?
