*** Moderator note (Timo): The thread has been moved out of the public view as it violates Oracle's licence agreement.
User, it's not a good idea to disassemble Oracle's code and show it here on a public forum.
If you think that there is a problem with code provided by Oracle, you should file a service request (payable support contract needed) and let Oracle work on it.
I read (with interest) the thread mentioned.
In it, the user (3610265) initially assumed a bug that appeared in the Oracle JDBC or UCP code.
However, the last thing I read was a user's test code that showed that the bug was not in the JDBC or UCP code, but (perhaps) in another Oracle code.
On the second day the thread has disappeared.
Does the user's thread contain a disassembled Oracle code (which I did not see)?
I moved the thread out of public view so it can be examined more closely. However, it's holiday season , so it might take some time.
Happy New Year!
