I have an eloqua demo instance and I am trying to send emails from the same.
These are the steps I follow:
1. Open a pre-configured email.
2. Actions --> 'Email a Contact'.
3. select a contact (eg firstname.lastname@example.org)
however, the email never ends up in my inbox.
I know the emails are going because when I go to 'Contacts', select the contact and click on 'Launch in Profiler', I can see the email I recently sent.
My question is, the emails are coming in the profiler section inside my eloqua environment, why are the emails not going to the actual inbox? Is this how my eloqua demo instance is configured?
Any help would be appreciated.
My previous experience with demo instances of Eloqua is that you can only send emails to people with an @oracle.com email account.
Demo instances are typically very difficult to obtain, you must be very special
