Is the Actions link broken?

At the bottom left of each Reply there is an Actions link (from which the posted can Edit or Delete their post, and I think there is at least one other option).

Is this link broken? I click on it and the page goes into an infinite (or at least very long) loop, with no response to the action.

I noticed this a couple of days ago, then it seemed to be fixed, but this morning (U.S. West Coast) it is broken again. Is anyone else seeing the same, or is it just me?

I'm having the same issue in MOSC.

You're right, it's just sitting there with the spinning barbers wheel of doom... One for Chitrasai1-Oracle to investigate methinks.
