Welcome! The Community Feedback space is intended for discussions about the Oracle Community website, not for product-specific questions.
There are tips on how to find the correct space on the Getting Started page, which also has instructions on how to change your display name so you're not just a number.
In the ACTIONS box on the top right of your post, you should be able to click on "Move", and then specify the correct space - such as a subspace of Database so the right experts can see your question.
Thanks and good luck!

Edit: The thread was moved before I finished my post.
I'll start by saying this. FMW 11.1.2.x is no longer supported. Unless there is a specific technical reason why you are installing this version, I strongly recommend you install a currently supported version. Even if you do not have a Support agreement with Oracle, using a supported product version will help to ensure that you have current documentation, platform support, dependent software support, and so on. For example, the fact that 11.1.2 uses/requires Java 6 is a problem since Java since was desupported long ago. If you experience issues related to that Java version, you will not ever see new updates of Java 6 and therefore won't be able to get passed the issue.
Regarding the issue you mentioned, version 11.1.2 had a variety of situations that would cause the problem you described. However, without much more detail explaining what you have attempted to do and how you did it, all we can do is guess. My best recommendation is that you read the documentation, including but not limited to the Installation Guide, which can be found here:
In many cases, a failure creating the domain is caused by having entries in the system PATH that contain blank spaces, the user having incorrect permissions, or incorrect network settings.
In addition to the Install Guide, you should also review the System Requirements Guide. It explains some of what I mentioned above as well as other setup that is required BEFORE you begin your installation and configuration.
