This is how you configure the external tracking:
1. Go to Email Defaults.
2. In the upper right corner click on Manage External Tracking:
3. Reconfigure your existing configuration or klick (star) New button to create a new one.
Here is an example that we are using:
utm_campaign=<eloqua type="emailfield" syntax="elqWAEmailName" />&utm_medium=email&utm_source=Eloqua&elq_campaign_id=<eloqua type="campaign" fieldname="id" />&elqCampaignId=<eloqua type="campaign" fieldname="id" />
And as you can see it's just a matter of changing and replacing what goes into which utm value.
4. Once you have saved your new or existing configurations, you have to select it on the Email Defaults page and save your selection.
